Choosing Inclusion: Martial Arts

An adaptive jiu-jitsu and martial arts intro class, games, and community time — led by MAUSA instructors — for children with Down syndrome and other disabilities, their siblings, and their families.

All ages and abilities welcome. There is no cost to attend.

Parents, leaning on each other.

Recurring, in-person gatherings for parents and caregivers raising children with Down syndrome and other disabilities. Peer-to-peer, not top-down. Siblings welcome.
